Wearing a uniform is a mark of inclusion. By wearing our School uniform with pride and respect, a student declares, “I am part of the King’s Community and all that it stands for.” The King’s Baptist Grammar School uniform is practical, comfortable and affordable. It does not distinguish between students on the basis of wealth or home background.

Welcome to the Refreshed King’s Uniform

Launched in 2026, our refreshed uniform has been thoughtfully designed with student comfort, practicality and affordability in mind. The new all-year-round wardrobe replaces traditional summer and winter options, giving students the flexibility to choose what suits their suits their needs based on the weather and their learning activities.

More than a new design, this refreshed uniform marks a new chapter in our journey. It honours our past, meets the needs of today’s learners, and prepares us for the future.

We’re excited to see our students wear the refreshed King’s uniform with pride and purpose.

About the Refreshed Uniform

Purchasing Uniforms

For new, high quality uniforms and compulsory items, Perm-a-Pleat offers parents the convenience of the On-Site Uniform Shop, located in the Main Administration Office.

Thursday: 1:00pm-4:00pm

Please note, Uniform Shop opening hours are subject to change. The on-site Uniform Shop is not open on weekends. The Uniform Shop has reduced opening hours during the school holidays.

We offer the convenience of online ordering for parents through the King's Baptist Grammar School Online Uniform Store. In partnership with Perm-a-Pleat, ordering top up items is a simple click away, that can be done from your computer or smart device.

The On-Site Uniform Shop stocks an extensive range of sizes and all new students are invited for a uniform fitting before the start of the school year. It is recommended families make an appointment for sizing/fitting, as it can take up to 30 minutes to be fitted for the full school uniform. The official King’s Adeladide Hills Secondhand Uniforms Facebook Group is moderated by King's staff, dedicated to the buying and selling of second-hand school uniforms.

Our 2026 school photo day will take place in Term 1, Week 8.

We ask that all students are neatly presented on photo day.

As we transition to the refreshed school uniform, this year’s photographs will differ from those of previous years and will form a meaningful archival record in the ongoing story of King’s.

We acknowledge that some families have already purchased the new optional dress. In light of the shift to a Term 1 photo day, and to help ease the financial impact of this change, students will be permitted to wear the optional dress for school photographs in 2026 only. (Please note that this concession applies solely to the 2026 school photographs.)
