Welcome to the King’s Baptist Grammar School (Adelaide Hills) Application for Enrolment. Thank you for considering King’s as a potential school for your child.

Before Commencing Your Application
Prior to beginning your Application, we recommend allocating approximately 30 minutes (per child) to complete the online process. You are welcome to start, resume, finalise, or submit an existing application at your convenience. If you have previously initiated an application or engaged with King's, your information may already be filled in for your convenience. Please be mindful that the Application for Enrolment form may time-out if left open but inactive; please refresh your browser before continuing the Application.
To prepare for submitting your Enrolment Application, please gather the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Two written family character references:
- If you regularly attend a local church, we welcome you to provide a Pastor’s Reference. Alternatively, references from employers, colleagues, or family friends are acceptable.
- These references help us understand and get to know your family.
- If this application is for a sibling and you already have children enrolled at King's, references provided previously suffice for your family, even if those siblings are not currently attending but are on the waiting list.
- Recent Kindergarten/School Reports and NAPLAN Results (if applicable)
- Any pertinent medical or health reports, such as psychological, speech, or occupational therapy evaluations
- Australian Government Visa Summary (if applicable) or Citizenship Certificate
- Immunisation Record (for ELC applications only)

Please note, there is no Application Fee for our Adelaide Hills Campus - to honour the founding families of King's Adelaide Hills. (Applications submitted after 1 January 2026 will incur an application fee.)
