Your child’s application may be submitted at any time online. We encourage you to prepare the required documents prior to commencing your application, and to set aside approximately 30 minutes (per child) to work through the online application process.

We encourage early applications to increase the likelihood of securing a place for your child. Applications may be submitted from birth.

The date of lodging an Application for Enrolment Form is used as a guide in the priority of enrolment. Preference is given to siblings of current students, children of staff and children of past students.

If a vacancy exists, an enrolment position will be offered and, prior to your child commencing, you will be invited to meet the Head of School to discuss your child’s needs. An official letter of offer will be emailed to the parent/guardian of the new student.

If a vacancy does not exist, the student will be placed on the waiting list and notified if a vacancy occurs. Our enrolment list and our waiting list are reviewed frequently. When a vacancy arises, offers from the waiting list are made to ensure the balance and specific needs of the School are being met. Your level of priority and date of the application are also taken into consideration.

If we are able to offer your family a confirmed position at King’s, a $600 non-refundable booking fee for Reception-Year 12 students is payable per family. $500 will be deducted from the student’s first term fees.

If we are able to offer your family a confirmed position in the ELC, a $300 non-refundable booking fee is payable per family. $200 will be deducted from the student’s first term fees.
