King’s Baptist Church is seeking a passionate and relational leader to guide our Youth and Young Adults Ministries. This full-time role (0.6 church / 0.4 school) involves discipling young people, equipping leaders, and developing faith-forming initiatives in partnership with King’s Baptist Grammar School.

We’re looking for someone with theological training (or working toward it), experience in youth ministry, and a heart for helping young people belong, contribute, and embody their faith. Strong communication, leadership, and innovation are key.
