Café Manager - Milk+Honey Café, King’s Baptist Church
Full-time / Part-time (negotiable)

King’s Baptist Church is seeking a capable and hands-on Café Manager to lead our well-loved Milk+Honey Café.

King’s Baptist Church is a Jesus-centred community committed to glorifying God and following Jesus into the neighbourhood. At its heart, King’s seeks to create a place where people experience genuine belonging, are encouraged to contribute, and are transformed in their faith - impacting both the church and the wider community.

Milk+Honey is a vibrant ministry of King’s Baptist Church; a welcoming community space where great coffee, quality food, and genuine hospitality create opportunities for connection, belonging, and positive impact.

Key focus areas include:

  • Leading daily café operations and maintaining high standards
  • Building a positive, accountable team culture
  • Managing rostering and operational performance
  • Creating a welcoming environment that reflects the values of King’s

This role is an important bridge between the café, church, and wider community. The successful applicant will be an active and engaged member of King’s Baptist Church.
